Artemis has been retained by numerous clients to assist in the tracing and recovery of financial and physical assets, which in many cases have been rapidly transferred to offshore jurisdictions making their recovery even more difficult.
The detailed mapping of a target’s patterns of behaviour and corporate & familial networks enables us to locate the individuals behind a fraud in order that they may be prosecuted. In a recent case, for example, we successfully located the individual behind a €70m Ponzi scheme before local law enforcement.

We have successfully tracked down numerous defamatory actors engaged in libel & abuse online that has impacted our clients’ reputations and bottom lines. In many cases, once the perpetrator(s) have been identified, our evidence has then been used to support a successful prosecution.
